In 2004, after a long executive career with Kraft Foods, Chip decided it was time to pursue his passion for real estate. Chip’s corporate customer relations experience brings a personal touch to his real estate clients. He walks clients through the maze of buying and selling, educating them to market conditions and real estate realities. His goal is to provide the highest level of service by handling all transaction details and always striving to represent their best interests.

Rosemarie Heindel is an Executive Agent and Marketing Director with Perry Group Properties and a full-time resident of Big Canoe in the North Georgia mountains. While taking a Sunday drive in 1984 with her husband, Al, they ventured into Big Canoe and bought two acres of land before they left. Captured by the beauty and serenity of the surroundings, they knew this was going to be their ultimate place to call home. In 2001, after retiring from a successful executive career with BellSouth, they built their home in Big Canoe. With over 24 years of knowledge of Big Canoe, she knows the inventory and is willing to help you find your dream property.
